We would like to introduce the use of automated closed loop aqueous parts washers using biodegradable detergents that are designed to clean the inside as well as the outside of your components in your manufacturing and maintenance process. Our design emphasis is on custom units that are unique to customers' specific requirements. There are a lot of parts washer manufacturers that build a standard line of washers that work well, but do not get the parts internally clean. The need to wash the inside of component cavities requires unique fixturing designs amd enclosure manifolding that create a comprehensive spray inpingment pattern.
This must be an application in which you cannot get the parts "Clean" fast enough. If you are currently using manual, or automated method of solvents, or caustics to clean parts, our systems will eliminate the films, residue and debris left by a bath action or pressure washer blow back contamination or cleaner film. This would also eliminate the need for vendored cleaning and save you the time and expense of material handling.
The natural effect of a spray washer is to constantly flush the debris away and not redeposit it. The common goal is to save time and not have your technicians do the finish cleaning when a machine can accomplish this task. Washers are often used to clean the component before and after the rebuild or manufacturing application.
